and quiet beaches. Choose from any of the accommodations listed below.
Stay with us for 3 months or more and receive tax rebate. Affordable Family
Resort is located close to evening entertainment, dining, and churches.

Queen Suite - 1 queen bed in back room sofa-bed in front room

Double Suite - 2 double beds in back room sofa-bed in front room

Royal Suite - 2 queen bed in front room with Kitchen and
bathroom, sofa-bed in back room with bathroom.

For those of you returning to our hotel, we also have a
special offer. you will have the monthly rate reduced by 1% for every year
of your previous stays. For example, if you stayed with us the past 4 years,
you would receive 5% off each month you stay with us this year.
Benefits
- Conveniently located to restaurants, shopping, churches and a wide variety
of entertainment!
- Family & Royal suites are two room units with two televisions, two
telephones, and two heat/AC units. Kitchens have a full size stove with
oven, double sinks, a refrigerator/freezer with icemaker, microware, table
and chairs, dishes, and basic set of cookware. We provide maid service twice
weekly, and furnish all linen, soap, facial tissue, and toilet tissue. A
onsite coin operated laundry in to locations. Low monthly rates includes all
utilities.
- House keeping twice a week.
- Pet Friendly $300.00 deposit 200.00 of which is refundable if no
damage found. Second Pet is additional 100.00.
Pet Policy
Pet Fee:
Winter guest will pay a $200.00 pet deposit for 1 pet, 300.00 for
2 pets. A 50.00 pet charge per pet per month beginning Fall season
2008.
Pet deposit will be
refunded at end of stay after inspection and no damage from pet has
been found.

We do not rent units to those with Pitt
Bull, or any dog that may look like a Pitt bull, Bull
Mastiff, and doberman pinchers.
- No reptiles. No Birds.
- No more than two pets.
- Pet must be on-leash in public areas
- Pets not allowed in pool and or pool areas.
- Owner must clean up after pet at all times anywhere
on property.
- Pet must be in kennel/carrier when occupants are out
for their safety and others.
- Affordable Family Resort is not responsible for lost
pets.
- As always pet owners are liable for his or her pets.
