To qualify for our snowbird and or winter residents monthly rates
you must be:

Returning Snowbirds/winter residents
For those of you returning, we also have a
special offer. you will have the monthly rate reduced by 1% for each consecutive
year. For example, if you stayed with us the past 5 years,
you would receive 4% off each month you stay with us this year. (Stays must be
consecutive)

| Family & Royal suites are two room units with two televisions, two
telephones, and two heat/AC units. Kitchens have a full size stove with
oven, double sinks, a refrigerator/freezer with icemaker, microware, table
and chairs, dishes, and basic set of cookware. We provide maid service twice
weekly, and furnish all linen, soap, facial tissue, and toilet tissue. A
onsite coin operated laundry in to locations. Low monthly rates includes all
utilities. |
| House keeping twice a week. Tuesdays and Fridays. |
| Pet Friendly. $50 charge per, pet limit of 2 per
unit. $200 Security deposit for 1 pet $300 for 2 pets. |
Pet Policy
Pet Fee: A 50.00 + tax pet charge per pet per
month. Limit of 2 pets.
Winter guest will pay a $200.00 pet deposit for 1 pet, 300.00 for
2 pets. Pet deposit will be
refunded at end of stay after inspection and no damage from pet has
been found.
