Golf leader is responsible for assigning golfers to rooms. Payment in full is due before 30days before check-in date. Should Golf leader arrive after the other golfers arrangements can be may by phone on credit card and golfer can collect payment from the other golfers. Should the quote be excepted Lead Golfer will need to provide names of all golfers in party for reservation. $100.00 deposit is required per golfer to book tee times and hold room(s).

CANCELLATION POLICY: A minimum of 30 days notice prior to the arrival date is required for a refund minus a service charge of $100.00 for each golfer. Less than 30 days notice will result in forfeiture of the required deposit. Cancellations within 48 hours of arrival can may result in an extra charges due to the different golf courses cancellation policies Your room will be held until 9:00 pm on the date of arrival, unless we are notified by you that you will be arriving later than 9:00 pm.
